_Apparel Sample Coordinator _.

_Summary:
_

From its full-service multi-studio facility, SJC Content works with leading brands and retailers to create content for every channel, including photography, video, social animation, interactive e-commerce content and digital signage.

The
_Apparel Sample Coordinator _will be responsible for incoming and outgoing samples for a designated group of client projects. Works closely with Sourcing, Design, Visual and Marketing teams to ensure that their samples are tracked, received, and distributed and throughout the product life cycle

Responsibilities:

Manage all samples including, receiving, organizing, distributing and tracking.
Proactively liaise with clients to address any missing products and ensure timely follow up
Organize, move, stage the samples for reviews, catalogue meeting, style out and studio photography
Update the project sample details with Production and Creative teams
Handle concurrent projects with a keen awareness of time sensitivity Update and manage the missing sample report with precision and timeliness

35 years of related work experience
Excellent professional interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
Passionate for working in fashion samples
Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment
Superior timemanagement skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work according to deadlines
Detailoriented, accurate, efficient, organized and qualityfocused
Packing and unpacking skills
Willingness to see projects through to the end and able to work extra hours
Ability to identify problems and suggest potential solutions
Detailoriented, accurate, efficient, organized and qualityfocused
Strong Excel skills preferred
Flexibility working in Sample Room/ Warehouse environment.
Post secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent experience
