The Analyst, Time and Attendance is responsible in managing, verifying, and maintaining the accuracy of time records in Kronos of all hourly employees to ensure timely and error free pays.

How you will make contributions that matter...- Responsible for maintaining, validating, and updating policies and procedures for Kronos in alignment with the collective agreements, labor standards and company policy;- Manages pay rules as stated within the Canada Labor Code and/or the American Labor Code and the various collective agreements;- Manages, holiday calendars, employee profiles and genies. Performs daily & weekly validations to unsure payroll processing is successful.- Responsible in ensuring that all time is properly captured within the designated deadlines;- Responds to business requests and identifies areas needing support. Works in collaboration with the HRIS team to ensure alignment to company process and policies;- Will be required to take part in Internal and external Audits. Responsible to maintain the plant/division specification documentation (overtime rules, sick rules, vacation rules etc.)


As part of his duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada or in North America.


You are best suited for the role if- Values that align with the Saputo culture;- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field would be considered as an asset; years' experience in a similar position, or the equivalent combination of education and experience;- Strong knowledge of Kronos Workforce Now or a similar Time and Attendance systems;- Solid knowledge base of payroll processes and calculations;- Strong organization and communication skills are required as well as the ability to interact effectively and professionally;- Must possess strong computer skills;- Ability to complete work independently and complete activities with time sensitive deadlines.
