Proudly constructing the Valley Line West LRT

The City of Edmonton selected Marigold Infrastructure Partners to design and build the 14-kilometre Valley Line West LRT project from downtown to Lewis Farms.

Construction has begun and will take five to six years to complete.

Marigold is a design-build joint venture agreement between Colas and Parsons.

The Reception/ Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact when visitors and employees enter our building.

You will provide a friendly and professional atmosphere, and work closely with the team to keep our days running smoothly.

You will perform some or all of the following on an ongoing basis, and have the ability to maintain poise under pressure and competing demands:

Perform administrative and clerical duties with recognition of sound time management and prioritization.
Arrange conference calls and meetings, (inperson and via networking and communication platforms)
Compose correspondence, review memos and reports, conduct research, create presentations and prepare statistical reports when requested.
Organize and maintain files, using inhouse data base and MS Office Suite.
Operate office equipment. Prepare meeting presentations.
Run errands and/ or perform assistant tasks to clear up the schedule for the executive.

Exceptional communication, time-management, and customer service skills required. Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment is a must.
