What You Will Do....


Full P&L responsibility for HVAC, Fire & Security Domains with accountability to meet or exceed safety, financial, cash, service growth and operationally defined targets and KPIs within a geographic area.

The RVP leads performance and execution with sales and operations in a teamwork driven approach. Responsible for identifying and integrating acquisition targets.

The RVP operates to maximize customer satisfaction across all domains, with a responsibility to drive engagement in key and strategic accounts at region wide level.

The RVP supports the development and leads the implementation of domain transformation and strategic initiatives, while operating within the BOS operating system.

This role is a lead advocate and driver of JCI's commitment to Diversity and Inclusion in their respective region.


How You Will Do It....

  • Responsible for all aspects of P&L Management of $1B+ regional area
  • Delivers sustainable monthly, quarterly, and annual, sales and profit forecast and operating plan objectives
  • Expands customer relationships and market share
  • Identifies acquisition targets and is responsible for successfully integrating acquisitions into the region.
  • Leads multiple product lines' sales, installation, and service strategies & managing to region and area budget levels
  • Directly manage 810 employees and indirectly up to 5000+ employees
  • Builds team to meet and exceed business objectives through Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Coaching
  • Manage effectively across a matrix organization
  • Manage BOS KPIs to meet customer needs
  • Leads continuous improvement and counter measures to drive growth and improve delivery and customer experience
  • Creates a workplace committed to ethics, integrity, diversity, and employee safety

What We Look For....

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combined education and experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Twelve (12) years related P&L leadership experience with strong financial acumen
  • Experience working in a complex structure, which includes matrix participation
  • Experience with mergers and acquisition
  • Experience working within construction and service industries in the industrial segment
  • Cross functional experience within different domains
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, matched with a demonstrated ability to multitask
  • Strong leadership capabilities, including experience leading a complex organization with multiple product lines or business units
