What you will do


As the Medical Education Lead - you will help the Medical Marketing Team plan all the events related to educating Health Care Professionals within Canada.


In this role, expect up to 20% travel across Canada; The remaining time, you will have the flexibility of working from the office and working from home.


  • Relationship management skills in a sales/marketing function within a team environment or independently
  • Understanding and knowledge of key competitive landscape
  • Support development of educational content utilizing HCP input
  • Support program development with guidance from others
  • Maintain collaboration with broader Medical Education/product marketing/sales training, etc
  • Lead Medical Education program coordination, logistics and content delivery
  • Organize inclass or virtual courses
  • Identify what we want to measure/track and most appropriate method
  • Understand our Medical Education and business strategy
  • Provide data input to current and future plans
  • Understand KOLs profile and starts networking
  • Understand and provide input to training and Medical Education workstreams
  • Gain expertise in Medical Education programs and adapt programs with customer's needs
  • Drive the support strategy for key Professional Associations
  • Accountable to delivering a comprehensive MedEd budget

What you need

  • University degree required
  • 4+ years of work experience required
  • 2+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
