About This Opportunity:


The Program Manager, Revenue Growth Strategy & Management (RGM) - Central Canada will report directly to the Senior Manager, RGM and will split their time between the
Toronto King Street office and partially working from home.

The Program Manager will assist in the development of analytical tools and provide analysis in a timely manner to support management routines and fact-based decision making with the objective of accelerating profitable, sustainable revenue growth.

The analytics and recommendations provided by this individual will be essential to identifying opportunities for customer growth, trade spend optimization, course corrections and risk mitigation.

The individual will lead part of the Trade Board process that evaluates the profitability of new contracts, renewals, and pricing defensibility across the customer channels.


Responsibilities:


  • Work with finance to manage regional trade board processes to support new business and contract renewals
  • Support customer pricing decisions by providing benchmarking and profit ROI analysis for deal optimization
  • Responsible for postaudit routines to assess actual performance vs. forecasted to identify actionable tactics
  • Support the optimization of customer promotion activities by analyzing depth/frequency and pricing slopes
  • Assist in developing go to market business cases with a lens to both internal pricing and external retail price data
  • Support annual revenue planning process
  • Adhoc Support and Reporting

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (commerce, finance, economics, data science, mathematics or general business are considered an asset)
  • 13 years of business analysis experience (sales, category management, commercial or finance preferred)
  • Working experience in the consumerpackaged goods industry an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in excel with an ability to model large data sets (macros are considered an asset)
  • Experience with SAP-Power BI reporting, Tableau, AC Nielsen an asset
  • Experience in introductory data science or programming languages is an asset
