Responsibilities:

Contact customers via phone to collect outstanding payments
Update account information and payment status accurately
Handle customer inquiries regarding their accounts in a professional manner
Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Utilize accounting software Saje to track and manage accounts receivable and payable
Perform data entry tasks to input payment information into the system
General A/P duties such as posting invoices
Credit Card reconciliations
Credit Card processing
Processing monthly statements
Answering and distributing phone calls as necessary
Oversee mini storage rentals (recording which units are rented and collecting payments when due)
Office duties such as filing, organizing, shredding
Other various general administrative duties as required
