About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Porter Services and under the direction of the Team Leader, the Communications Clerk receives, prioritizes and dispatches calls and booking requests that require a porter.
About You:
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Grade 12/GED required
- One year related experience required
- Demonstrated data entry/computer skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and multitasking skills
- Experience with Workplace Hazardous Material Information System preferred
- Competencies in other languages an asset; French preferred
Hours:
- Permanent, fulltime position; 70 hours biweekly
Compensation and Incentives:
$ $21.91 Hourly
