RDCRS Driver Trainer

This individual will be responsible to work alongside the Admin Team, Senior Driving Instructor, Shop Foreman and the other members of the training team.

***Responsibilities include:

Facilitation and implementation of MELT training modules
Effectively training in a classroom setting, particle and defensive driving techniques
Ability to present comfortably to a group up to 20 people
Ability to contribute and grow with the training team
Contacting trainees to schedule training

Additional requirements:

Valid Class 2S drivers license
3 years of School Bus driving experience
Clean Drivers Abstract
Effective communication skills
Self motivated
