The operator's role includes setting up and calibrating machines, adjusting settings, feeding raw materials, and inspecting parts with precision tools.

They periodically test machine operations, resolve issues, check for errors and defects, and keep activity logs updated.


The Role of The Operator:

  • Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle
  • Check and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
  • Feed machines with raw materials or parts
  • Inspect parts using precision and measuring toolsPeriodically test machine operation
  • Resolve any problems that may arise during the shift
  • Check production for machine errors and defectsKeep activity logs up to date.

Qualifications for the Role:


  • Proven experience as a machine operator
  • Working knowledge of various highspeed machines
  • Understanding of production procedures
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
  • Attention to detailTeamwork and communication skills
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift up to 50 lbs
