Leadership Recruitment & Talent Management Consultant
Posting Period:

Regular Full-Time
Rate of Pay:
$40.27 per hour - $50.34 per hour
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent acceptable to hospital
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Registered Professional Recruiter (PREFERRED)
- 5+ years recent, related job experience
- Knowledge of talent management and full cycle recruitment best practices
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Employment Legislation, HR policies and practices and employee rights and obligations
- Ability to build collaborative partnerships to achieve results
- Facilitation and networking skills
- Strategic and organizational awareness
- Detail
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, social media and corporate productivity tools
- Ability to be responsive and flexible in a complex, ambiguous and constantly changing environment.
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle sensitive information professionally
- Proficient organizational and time management skills to effectively coordinate multiple deadlines
- Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to the principles of patient and family centred care
- Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
