is looking for an Operations Coordinator who plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative and coordination tasks within the company.

This role involves supporting attendance management, coordinating disciplinary meetings, overseeing health and safety concerns, managing employee records, and maintaining effective communication across stakeholders.


What you will do:


  • Assist in execution of the attendance management program to ensure all employees adhere to the company's attendance policy.
  • Support the team with the casual employee management program, ensuring compliance with company casual employee policies.
  • Schedule and coordinate disciplinary meetings, considering the availability of employees, union representatives, and management. Document minutes from these meetings accurately.
  • Maintain oversight of health and safety concerns through the Isight platform and prepare required reports to address these concerns.
  • Update the company's SharePoint list with accurate information regarding employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinate the issuance of uniforms to current employees, ensuring proper inventory management.
  • Manage various devices such as cell phones and tablets, while keeping contact lists updated.
  • Effectively manage and document all incident reports, client concerns, and complaints within the SharePoint system.
  • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders within the operations, fostering positive relationships.
  • Identify and report instances of noncompliance with company policies, procedures, and collective agreements if applicable.
  • Coordinate temporary work assignments as directed.
  • Flexibly adapt to working different shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends based on organizational needs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in collaborating with diverse employee groups and establishing partnerships across all organizational levels.

Who you are:


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a positive, friendly and approachable attitude
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with the frontline staff and clients
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft suites as well as Scheduling software experience an asset
  • Must have Transport Canada Clearance and Security License.
  • Eligible to work in Canada fulltime
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
