Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations
Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and customer service
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues or conflicts
Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times
Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a veterinarian or customer service environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
Knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team of employees
Professional phone etiquette

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
