Overview of the Role:

The Accounting student will support Accounts Receivables and Inventory. To succeed as an Accounting Student, you should be attentive to details with effective communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist with construction billing, reconciliation and posting
Assist in accurately recording inventory transaction details
Review purchase orders for accuracy and complete receiving
Other duties as assigned including data entry in accounting system, sorting purchase documents, and filing them appropriately

Requirements:

Working towards an undergraduate degree in accounting or a related field (2nd or 3rd year preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
An effective team player
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills to solve billing discrepancies
Self motivated to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
