Pre-Construction Residential Sales Administrator

Director, Residential Sales

Position Summary

The Sales Administrator will be a key member of the Residential team at SmartCentres REIT and will be responsible for the organization and coordination of sales administration and procedures.

Reporting directly to the Director, Residential Sales, and working alongside the sales team, this role is an important part of a dynamic group acting as the conduit between sales and administration.


Responsibilities:


  • Opening and closing of the sales office during business hours as scheduled;
  • Prepare Agreement of Purchase and Sale and supporting amendments for residential home sales;
  • Maintaining and setting up manual and computerized information filing system for sales logs and customer files;
  • Creating, compiling, and communicating daily and weekly detailed reports for Sales and Development teams;
  • Utilize various formats of electronic communications to connect with brokers, homebuyers and residents;
  • Assisting with the collection of deposit cheques from purchasers/agents;
  • Collect, enter, and maintain contact data in CRM;
  • Assist the sales team/colleagues where necessary inperforming their duties.

Academic/Professional Requirements:


Required Skills/Experience:


  • 13 years of relevant work experience in preconstruction real estate sales administration;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Detail oriented self started with a high level of organizational skills;
  • Selfmotivated, hardworking, and resourceful with a strong desire to learn;
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment;
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills;
  • Continually demonstrate personal integrity throughout all daily activities;
  • Aptitude to identity the needs of the team and provide support when required;
  • Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint);
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel to communities, when required.
