What You Will Be Doing

Work closely with Dispatcher to dispatch trucks and scale trucks at remote scale sites.
Scales trucks at pit sites to cover holidays & sick days for scale operators.
Takes orders from customers and works with scale personnel and truck drivers to fill orders.
Data entry of orders and scale tickets.
Process payments and submit reporting to aftersales support for deposit and reconciliation.
Direct truck drivers with confidence to ensure delivery of correct materials to the job site.
Enforce safety rules at the pit.
Completing measurement conversions and daily administrative tasks.
Answer phones and handle walkin inquiries while delivering topclass customer service.
Deals with customer issues as they arise.

Reality of the Job

Willing to work at aggregate pits or at regional office in Edmonton, as required.
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as required.
May work long hours during peak times.
