Must be able to develop and maintain consistent procurement standards and specifications

Hours: Based on a 40-hour work week (8 hours a day, Monday
  • Friday) Over time as required

Hourly rate is dependent on experience

Responsible for managing primary vendor contracts and securing regular contract tenders for efficient and competitive pricing

Responsible for developing and maintaining consistent procurement standards and specifications

  • Ensures appropriate policies and procedures are in place.
  • Regularly strives to find potential cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Other duties as related to the daytoday operations.

Experience and Certification Requirements:


  • 3+ years of procurement experience an asset.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work both independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work.

Education:

Completion of high school is required.
