Job Posting - Broker Distribution ManagerHere we grow again
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our small, but mighty, team in a hands-on
the leadership, strategy, and oversight of the operations for our current and future broker
partners to support the overall organizational goals and objectives.
This role will be primarily remote but will require in office attendance for collaboration
days, team meetings, etc.
SoWhat Will You Spend Your Time Doing?
- Develop a sales culture across our broker network while maintaining a solid focus on
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Regular oneonone touch points with your brokerage leaders to provide coaching, feedback,
- Goal and expectation setting, with accountability to ensure they are met.
- Responsible for all aspects of people management for broker principals/managers.
- Responsible for oversight of the brokerage operations, ensuring alignment to the company's
- Support onboarding of new brokerages into the Collectivfide network
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to assess the operational and

- Develop, implement, and report on initiatives and strategies to grow and optimize current
- Liaison with HR to ensure the people strategy aligns to the business strategy.
- Identify opportunities to leverage synergies across the brokerage operations to optimize
- Seek out and/or providing training opportunities to continue to elevate the skills and
- Stay current with market and industry trends and innovations that impact the business; know

- Travelling to brokerage locations, industry events, conferences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in a business development role or leadership at a brokerage or P&C
- Experience with utilizing data and metrics to enhance performance.
- Travel is expected in this role; broker visits, conventions, industry events, etc.
- Proven track record in a sales environment.
- Must have a big picture, longterm view of the company operations.
