Major Functions and Responsibilities
- Create letter of offers and facilitiate the documentation needed from new hires
- Facilitate and be the ambassodor in onboarding sessions for new employees. Coordinate the precommencment and corparte orienation by booking in new employees attendance, inviting presenters
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and outreach efforts to schools to promote DynaLIFE and source talent.

- Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively prioritize multitasks and provide accurate and timely information in an ever changing work environment.

- Ability to read and interpret rules, regulations, laws, and contractual provisions.
- Good critical thinking, judgement, decision making and problem solving skills.
- Ability to take initiative, identify issues of concern, and make sound and defensible recommendations for resolution.
- Strong disposition to customer service excellence, both internal and external.
- 13 years of fullcycle recruitment experience is required.
- Recruitment experience in the healthcare industry an asset.
- Recruitment experience within a unionized environment is required.
- Working knowledge of Silkroad, Avanti or other HRIS systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources or related field, or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
- CHRP and/or RPR an asset.
- Thorough knowledge of employment and related legislation and human resources practices related to workforce planning.

- Minimal travel required.
