Major Functions and Responsibilities

  • Create letter of offers and facilitiate the documentation needed from new hires
  • Facilitate and be the ambassodor in onboarding sessions for new employees. Coordinate the precommencment and corparte orienation by booking in new employees attendance, inviting presenters
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and outreach efforts to schools to promote DynaLIFE and source talent.

Required Experience

  • 13 years of fullcycle recruitment experience is required.
  • Recruitment experience in the healthcare industry an asset.
  • Recruitment experience within a unionized environment is required.
  • Working knowledge of Silkroad, Avanti or other HRIS systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources or related field, or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
  • CHRP and/or RPR an asset.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment and related legislation and human resources practices related to workforce planning.
