VENTES INTERNES


Roofmart est un grand distributeur canadien de produits de couverture et de revêtement pour bâtiments résidentiels et commerciaux qui compte plus de 50 établissements au pays.


Le rôle du titulaire consistera à agir comme premier point de contact pour les clients qui se trouvent à l'intérieur du magasin et par téléphone pour les transactions de vente.

EN VOUS JOIGNANT À NOUS, VOUS

  • Servirez de premier point de contact pour les clients qui se trouvent à l'intérieur du magasin ou qui appellent à la succursale
  • Effectuerez les transactions de vente, les rapports de rapprochement bancaire quotidiens et les achats

LE CANDIDAT IDÉAL POSSÈDE

  • 1 année ou plus d'expérience probante en commerce de détail, affaires, comptabilité ou vente
  • Le souci du détail et de solides compétences pour l'organisation
  • De solides aptitudes au service à la clientèle
  • La volonté de réussir au sein d'une entreprise stable et en croissance

Serving as the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone for sales transactions.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE

  • Serving as the customer's first point of contact when shopping instore or calling the branch
  • Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing
  • Providing world class support and build strong, long term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
  • Complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation
  • Other duties as required

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 1 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A desire to succeed in a stable and growing company
