In the role of Product Manager, Ground Operations Mobility, you will be central to the digital transformation of our ground operations.

Your efforts will guide the development and rollout of mobile technologies aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of ground activities such as baggage handling, turn management, and ramp services.

Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing features based on user needs, and ensuring successful product delivery while fostering innovation.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the development and execution of the digital product strategy for Ground Operations Mobility, aligning with broader business goals and operational needs.
  • Lead the gathering and articulation of detailed requirements for mobility solutions in the ground operations space.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including IT, UX/UI design, data analytics, and ground operations, to deliver cuttingedge and efficient digital solutions.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and enduser value.
  • Set Product Increment (PI) objectives, define release and program increments.
  • Work with Sr. Product Managers/Directors to create and manage the program and release roadmaps that align with digital program goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, using agile methodologies and technical acumen.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in digital solutions for ground operations.
  • Ensure the highquality rollout of digital products by coordinating user acceptance testing and overseeing product launches.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, performance metrics, and future strategic directions.
  • Work collaboratively with other product teams to ensure harmonization between respective product roadmaps. Align your goals, objectives, and projects to deliver better products to our workforce.
  • Lead by influence to drive outcomes in a crossmatrix team
  • Prepare presentations and actively participate in meetings with leaders across the company to communicate roadmap, new features, and data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent experience delivering digital products.
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, ideally within the aviation or ground operations sector.
  • 5+ years of experience in Aviation and/or Technology
  • Deep understanding of digital product development processes, including agile methodologies and usercentric design principles.
  • Knowledge of ground operations and logistics.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively liaising with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • A resultsoriented mindset, with a proven history of contributing to product success and achieving operational objectives.
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and elevating operational excellence in the aviation industry.
  • Strong teambuilding and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with several stakeholders.

Working Conditions:

The role is typically office-based, requiring work in a professional setting. Occasional travel may be required.

The Product Manager will experience a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring the ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate challenges.
