Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of Microsoft Planner, creating and assigning tasks.
  • Assign the workload of a large, geographically dispersed document management team.
  • Ensure all team members are continuously utilized and disperse work to avoid overload.
  • Work closely with the document control and project administration leads to understand schedule priorities and availability of staff to deliver.
  • Work with the document manager to identify any software or system deficiencies or requirements.

Experience

  • Experience working on large complex projects, ideally in engineering and construction, design/build.
  • 5+ years of document management experience including demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements.

Skills

  • Expert understanding of best practice document management and control principles.
  • Exceptional time management is a must.
  • Ability to direct the work of others, understand and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Competency in continuous improvement, change management, and a flexible approach.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, decision and problemsolving ability.
