Precision Record Pressing is a prominent vinyl record pressing company with several locations in the Greater Toronto Area. Currently seeking a PRESS OPERATOR to join our Burlington team. This full-time, permanent role involves operating vinyl presses to create high-quality records for customer orders. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a team environment. The position includes a weekly rotation of day (7am-3pm) and afternoon (3pm-11pm) shifts with shift premium eligibility. Applicants must be Canadian residents with authorization to work without sponsorship. Responsibilities: - Operate vinyl presses to meet customer specifications and quality standards - Set up, start, and shut down machines while monitoring operations - Conduct quality audits and maintenance tasks - Report malfunctions and troubleshoot equipment issues - Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety regulations. The role requires standing for long periods, repetitive motions, lifting up to 50lbs, and working in varying weather conditions. Qualifications: high school diploma, proper PPE, willingness to work all shifts and overtime, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in a team, and previous manufacturing experience preferred.
