PRIMARY FOCUS
Delivers revenues and profits by developing, marketing and providing appealing restaurant service, managing associate managers and staff.


DETAILED TASKS

  • Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food, beverage and service offerings. Initiate improvements. Build relationships with preferred guests.
  • Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous management experience
  • Cost accounting, decision making, verbal communication, customer focus, management proficiency, quality focus.
  • Smart Serve certified
  • Safe Food Handlers certificate

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
