Bayfield Ford Lincoln is looking for a
BDC/Lease Renewal Specialist to join their team in Barrie.

The
Leasing Specialist is responsible for managing lease clients throughout their leasing period by scheduling (upgrade) appointments with our Sales team.

The
BDC/Lease Renewal Specialist will work with clients throughout their lease buyout, lease extension or lease return process by introducing clients to the Business Managers for financing needs or additional products, completing all paperwork, and processing payments.

The
BDC/Leasing Specialist will deliver high-quality customer service and handle database leads into being a part of our business.

Job Duties:

Manage all lease portfolios through cold calling clients throughout their lease period to schedule upgrade appointments with the Sales team.
Handle outbound and inbound calls from lease clients.
Introducing clients to the Business Managers for financing needs or additional products.
Printing and signing paperwork with clients.
Processing payments and completing licensing.
Recommend additional products for clients.
Handle lease buyout, renewal, and returns paperwork with clients.
Handle database leads and upselling.
Following up with past customers in the database.
Assist with schedule appointments for the Sales Department.
Perform other duties as required.

What We Look For:

Valid OMVIC certification.
Must have excellent communication skills (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice).
Prior experience in a customer service role is required.
Pleasant and engaging phone manner.
Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
Strong record of customer satisfaction results.
Teamoriented individual.
Strong time management skills.
Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations.
Call center experience would be considered an asset.
Experience in a dealership would be considered an asset.
