Qualifications include:


  • Secondary School Graduate (Grade 12/OSSGD) or recognized equivalent.
  • One year recent related clerical experience required.
  • Experience with Meditech appointment scheduling and patient registration preferred.
  • Accurate typing 40 w.p.m.
  • Working knowledge of and familiarity with registration and booking procedures preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology an asset.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), analytical, attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Satisfactory attendance record.

Work Location:
This position will require you to work at both St. Joseph's Health Centre and the offsite Hemodialysis Satellite site.
