Service Supervisors are charismatic leaders who love being a part of an essential and dynamic team.
In this role, the
Service Supervisor leads a team of career trades people who exceed customer expectations and demonstrate personal craftmanship in everything they do.
The shift rotation for this position is
5x2.
The salary range for this position is
$100,000 - $115,000. Incentives are available.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversees shop facilities and service operations **by ensuring operational requirements are met by supervising, coordinating and scheduling the activities of trades people. Prepares service quotes for both internal and external customers.
Supervisory Responsibilities include supporting and developing staff by providing or arranging training on assigned tasks and tracking their training. Review schedules to ensure trades people are allocated correctly and each department has the support they require. Ensure department activities are completed in compliance with safety, health and environmental standards, company rules and other applicable legislation.

Customer Service **is provided by assisting customers with service information and resolving service problems by providing solutions and following up to ensure resolution. Serve as a back up to the Service Manager with the customer.

Administration **of all work orders and ensure that sufficient inventory is ordered to match work orders. Perform random audits to check processes.
Qualifications include:
The incumbent will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Heavy Equipment Technician. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Additional qualifications include:
- Requires Red Seal Journeyman level certification.
- Position requires a thorough knowledge of maintenance and repair of Komatsu and other OEM equipment.
- Supervisory experience in an industrial environment is a requirement.
- Ability to oversee and coordinate a large shop operation.
- Must be an organized individual, selfmotivated and a selfstarter.
- Also requires knowledge of OH&S acts and regulations and equipment inspection requirements.
