National Repair Manager Career Opportunity

The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a National Repair Manager for our Repair Team.

As a National Repair Manager, you will be responsible for managing all repair shop activities across The Dufresne Group network to ensure efficient and quality repair of guests' product.

As the National Repair Manager, you will:
Create and manage standardized process and training practices/improvements

Leverage Automation and identify "best in class" repair techniques

Ensure execution consistency across markets to get to WINNING goals

Manage Route optimization (in-home, in-shop, in-store)

Manage Fleet assets and expenses

Lead, Manage, and Celebrate our National Certification program and our teams' capabilities

Inspire the Canadian marketplace on the possibilities of Repair

Understand and ensure compliance with all safe work practices and regulations to maintain a health and safety compliance.

Post-secondary education in a related area.

5+ years of furniture and appliance repair including upholstery, leather, case goods and motion.

3+ years of management experience.

Possess strong decision making and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability in building and leading high performing teams.

Excellent computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs.

Proven ability in managing multiple profit and loss statements.

Flexible schedule requirements, including evenings and weekends.

Some exposure to solvents.

Criminal Record Check is required.

Travel will be required across North America approximately 30-40% of the year.
