Holman is looking for a
Temporary - Card Services Administrator to join our team. This position is
on-site, 5 days a week.
What will you do?
- Utilization of Holman proprietary systems to manage all day to day responsibilities
- Collation and distribution of fleet cards and associated materials.
- Fleet card replacement and cancellation management.
- Processing of monthly fleet card renewals.
- Data entry relating unit setup, management, and termination.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Managing competing priorities with flexibility and multitasking skills in a fast paced environment.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
What are we looking for?
- MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Word and a focus on Excel).
- Experience working in an office/business environment.
- Bilingual, English/French (Beneficial).
- Highly selfmotivated and selfdirected; productive within a team environment.
- Proficient and accurate dataentry skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on prioritization and urgency.
- Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal/communications skills.
- Maintains an adequate problem resolution technique to handle internal and external issues.

Pay:
$24.00-$27.00 per hour
