Holman is looking for a
Temporary - Card Services Administrator to join our team. This position is
on-site, 5 days a week.

What will you do?

  • Utilization of Holman proprietary systems to manage all day to day responsibilities
  • Collation and distribution of fleet cards and associated materials.
  • Fleet card replacement and cancellation management.
  • Processing of monthly fleet card renewals.
  • Data entry relating unit setup, management, and termination.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Managing competing priorities with flexibility and multitasking skills in a fast paced environment.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

What are we looking for?

  • MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Word and a focus on Excel).
  • Experience working in an office/business environment.
  • Bilingual, English/French (Beneficial).
  • Highly selfmotivated and selfdirected; productive within a team environment.
  • Proficient and accurate dataentry skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on prioritization and urgency.
  • Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal/communications skills.
  • Maintains an adequate problem resolution technique to handle internal and external issues.

Pay:
$24.00-$27.00 per hour
