About Auxly Cannabis Group Inc.

The role:


Reporting to Director, Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Manager, PMO is accountable for the oversight of assigned projects within the PMO, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring their successful completion within the parameters of scope, schedule, and cost.

This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.


Key responsibilities:


  • Embody Auxly's business mission and strategy and act in a responsible, ethical, and honest behaviour while consistently leading the organization by example.
  • Ensure crossdepartmental teams remain focused on a common goal, hold team members accountable to respective tasks within allotted time and engage with project stakeholders to share organizational knowledge and best practices.
  • Communicate project timelines, status updates, and escalations to senior management in the appropriate cadence to maintain project visibility and momentum to help remove barriers, track blockers, and enable teams to complete tasks on time.
  • Proactively analyze project risks, establish contingency plans, and identify escalations to initiate mitigating actions.
  • Identify organizational process gaps and support the creation of repeatable processes, while improving existing PMO policies and processes.
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives, as required (i.e., coordinating activities, tracking progress, ensuring resource availability, overcoming roadblocks, etc.), ensuring their proper sequencing and timing.
  • Maintain project documentation and project tracking tools, archive project artifacts for use in future.
  • Other related tasks as assigned, and as operationally required.

Qualifications:

A post-secondary diploma/degree in a relevant field.

Digital fluency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong working knowledge of PM software (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Asana).

Ability to plan, facilitate and lead meetings and work with individuals from various disciplines and varying degrees of experience.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience steering both in-person and remote project teams in a CPG environment.

PMP Certification or actively working towards certification.
