COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES_
- _Recognition & greeting of all clients/guests entering store._
- _Thorough knowledge of all products & services we offer to ensure accurate bookings & recommendations._
- _Fulfillment of all service bookings, confirmation calls & client/guest follow up._
- _Inform all clients/guests about new services & promotions._
- _Appropriately deal with client/guest feedback both positive & negative._
- _Ensure total accuracy with all cash responsibilities, both day end & daily deposits._
- _Ability to troubleshoot & problem solve when needed._
- _Completion of inventory counts each day._
- _Ensure displays are always full & refreshed when selling through stock._
- _Merchandise new inventory upon arrival each week._
- _Unpack boxes for inventory as required. Boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs._
- _Ensure an immaculate presentation of store location through cleanliness & positive atmosphere._
- _Participate in station/room checks to ensure the entire location has completed the required sterilization._
- _Attend company events, classes, seminars & team meetings._
- _Continually work towards exceeding locations sales goals._

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED_
- _Previous salon/spa experience preferred._
- _Consistency in maintaining a professional attitude & appearance. Proper dress code, hair & makeup completion must be adhered to daily._
- _Consistent high personal standards & confidence in your abilities._
- _Dedicated to building upon location sales success._
- _Excellent communication skills & strong interpersonal skills._
- _Ability to build positive relationships with our staff & guests._
- _Receptible to feedback from Managers & Leadership staff._
- _Contribute to company success by providing legendary guest service._
- _Desire to keep up to date with the latest trends and ongoing industry education._
- _Involvement and passion for our social media outlets._
- _Strong organizational skills to ensure the success of frontline operations._
- _Ability to fulfill retail goal expectations._
- _Anticipate location needs by constantly evaluating the environment for guest's satisfaction._

SHIFT EXPECTATIONS_

Our locations are open 7 days a week including holidays. Applicants must be available to work evenings & weekends to fulfill this position._
Shifts range from:_

- _9:45-6:00 pm & 1:00-9:00 pm (Monday

Saturday)_

- _9:45-6:00 pm & 10:45-7:00 pm (Sunday & Statutory Holidays)_
