    What it's like to be a Northbridge Senior Project Coordinator

    Our Senior Project Coordinators play a crucial role in our Corporate Underwriting team. They are responsible for providing assistance to the team under the guidance and mentorship of the directors. As a Project Coordinator you will work closely with our Underwriting Directors and teams by providing tracking and coordination of initiatives with the team and across other departments. In this collaborative role it is important that they communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure that the Corporate Underwriting team is highly functional.

    Senior Project Coordinators lead initiative meetings, take minutes, and distribute agendas. They track the program status, creating the project schedule, and maintaining milestone reports and logs. They assist with governance which contributes to a high level of delivery and to an environment of continuous improvement by building out effective tools and techniques.

  • Committing to ongoing professional and technical development

    • And you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic understanding of the Project Management Life Cycle
  • Working towards a PMP certification is an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Sharepoint is an asset
  • Knowledge of Property and Casualty industry is an asset
