ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- carry out various renovation tasks like demolition, framing, carpentry, drywall work, etc.
- supervise and coordinate construction activities on site with the team and subcontractors
- ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures
- implement safety programs effectively
- collaborate with engineers, designers, and inspectors to meet project requirements
- complete daily documentation and paperwork
- maintain project schedules and site productivity
- act as a point of contact between clients, project coordinators, and subcontractors
- oversee job progress, quality, and client satisfaction
- fulfill other relevant duties as needed

Must be dependable, a team player, problem-solving oriented, and open to learning. Positive attitude is key, plus the ability to commit to a minimum of 40 working hours per week.

Salary Range:
$30.00-$40.00 per hour
