Clerk - Materials
The Clerk - Materials position is responsible for providing efficient and effective support to the Materials Department.

Powering Vehicles, Motion, Work, and Lives since 1966.

Performance Expectations

Inventory control of maintenance and miscellaneous items utilizing computerized IFS system.
Tracking MRO usage and preparing product line reports.
Complete cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory
Distribution of materials in the MRO inventory room
Monitor inventory level, critical parts and inform/update Maintenance buyer for replenishment as the need arises
Assist purchasing personnel in procurement functions daily, order replenishment, follow up with suppliers, expedite past due orders and other duties within Supply Chain Management as required.

Credentials

High School Diploma or equivalent general education and previous work experience.
Ability to read lists of products, stock numbers, quantities and prices.

Desired Characteristics

Able to interact with materials staff to take on various tasks and discuss changes in service policy with supervisors.
Demonstrate strong inventory control and stock keeping capabilities
