With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, our
Ogilvie Subaru islocation is looking for a
Client Centre Concierge to join the team.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the dealership.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with any inquiries or concerns.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or sales representative.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom.
  • Ensure all necessary forms and materials are available for customers.
  • Provide basic information about the dealership, its products, and services.
  • Light car exterior cleaning.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Customerfocused and serviceoriented attitude.
  • Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • While not required, previous automotive experience is an asset.
  • Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $16.00 per hour

  • Gloucester, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
