Position Overview


Reporting to the Regional Manager, HR Analytics & Reporting, the incumbent will use EpiUse Query Manager reporting tools in SAP to prepare a variety of ad-hoc and system reports for end users including scheduled reports after each pay run and monthly, quarterly and annual reports, reviewing to ensure accuracy.


The incumbent will review report requests, assess priority, ask appropriate questions towards interpreting data requirements and translate into action all reporting aspects.

The incumbent is responsible for monitoring and validating the Procura timekeeping process.

This includes working with the Community Resource Coordinators to identify and resolve errors between Procura timekeeping files and SAP payroll imports.


As required the incumbent will liaise with the Application Administrator for Home Care and Decision Support Manager, Home Care Program to coordinate the maintenance of all Procura/SAP payroll interfaces.


Experience

  • Experience working with SAP and/or Procura preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with report writing, data management and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of an electronic scheduling system required.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Intermediate Excel, & Access)
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and instructional skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize demands to meet deadlines and achieve defined customer service levels.
  • Ability to work independently, under stressful conditions, while working to scheduled deadlines.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work flexible hours as required to accommodate service requirements of the regional scheduling and payroll systems.

This includes evening & night work to run exports, reports and fix errors. Weekly standard days off will be determined with supervisor and be based on report and payroll schedules.
