    You are more than a driver. You are our Access Transportation Specialist who transports, maintains and processes confidential and secure documents. You are involved in your local community in protecting the records of the clients. You are a key part of our fast-growing company in delivering the very best customer experience to our clients.

    Your Daily Responsibilities

    As a Transportation Specialist , you are the public face of Access Information Management.

    • You will load/unload your company vehicle of materials, recycling bins and/or boxes full of confidential documents.
    • You will spend your day on the road, going from client locations to client locations, delivering and/or picking up client documents and materials in using wireless scanning technology, interacting with the clients and making sure they are satisfied and well served.
    • You will process all types of daily incoming work orders and rush orders.
    • You will ensure that all driver paperwork is submitted accurately, legible and on-time each day.
    • You will maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
    • You will communicate regularly with your direct supervisor to notify him of any potential issues.
    • You will perform any other tasks and projects assigned by your Supervisor.

    More About You

    • A valid Class 5 driver license with a clear driving record.
    • You will be driving a shredding truck.
    • Air brake endorsement is required.
    • The physical ability to lift boxes, recycling bins and materials weighing up to 60 pounds and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
    • At least 1 year of driving experience.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
