Reporting to the regional Head of Consulting, the Managing Principal Consultant is responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic, capable, and motivated cloud engineering consultants within the North American Region.

What will your job look like?:

What you'll be responsible for:

- engagement in building the business by continually identifying new and expanded opportunities; As a Managing Principal Consultant, you will create an exciting and additive intellectual property through thought leadership and be familiar with a broad range of technologies, innovations in the cloud, and adjacent topics;
- you are supporting the business in client project delivery through high-quality execution, the technical excellence of yourself and your team, and building and owning relationships with key client stakeholders;
- reporting to the Leadership Team, effectively seeking guidance on technical and senior-level engagement, where appropriate, maximizing the impact of Sourced with our clients and maintaining our company values;
- work with your team to develop their capabilities and build a strong personal brand both inside and outside the organization;
This role includes both billable and team-leadership accountabilities.

Your day to day activities and responsibilities will include:

All you need is
:

57 years plus of relevant experience in technical consulting or related industry experience in digital transformation in verticals such as financial services or the public sector
Relevant experience in projectbased, teamoriented environments and a track record of leading or working in teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fastpaced and demanding environments
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations.
Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives
Have adequate financial acumen with experience running project level P&L.
Exposure working with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is advantageous, including DevOps, CI/CD, etc.
