The Sergeant-at-Arms department is seeking a proactive, organized and service-oriented individual for the regular full-time position of Case Management Coordinator.
Reporting to the Staff Sergeant, MLA Safety Program, the Case Management Coordinator (Coordinator) is responsible for ensuring service excellence in the delivery of services within the MLA Safety Program.
The Coordinator acts as an advisor for physical security projects, prepares periodic program reporting and presentation materials, manages vendors, builds relationships with external partners and service providers, and engages with MLAs and their staff to ensure ongoing communication and follow-up on security and/or safety concerns referred to the MLA Safety Program.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be/have:
- Postsecondary diploma or degree in a field with a focus on research and documentation plus at least two years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must complete and provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Criminal Record Review Act Check, which must be renewed every five years.
- Experience working with Case Management systems preferred.
- Previous training in behaviouralbased threat assessment is preferred.
