    ART – TIME LAUNDRY AIDE - Extendicare

    As a valued member of our housekeeping and maintenance team, you will provide clean and safe environment to residents as well as staff in accordance with policies, procedures and work routines.

    This position is for our Extendicare St. Day shift – 24.Processing all house linens, washing, drying and placing linen on carts for delivery to units


    • Processing of residents personal laundry including washing and drying
    • Continue processing other linens during shift such as isolation, dietary and housekeeping linens as necessary
    • Cleaning of laundry equipment – i.e. removal of lint from dryers
    • Adheres to established company policies and procedures regarding infection prevention and control, quality assurance, fire, and safety etc.
