Hand Solder Rework -Production Associate

Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:30pm

The Hand Solder Rework Production Associate will be responsible for the soldering and rework of Through-hole and SMT components.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

Soldering of Axial and Radial leaded components
Soldering of Throughhole connectors, Single Inline and Dual Inline Packages
Soldering of 25 mils and below SOICs and PLCCs
Rework and repair using Hot Air Reflow and other desoldering tools
Soldering of 0402 chip components or smaller
Soldering of Fine pitched components such as QFPs and TSOPs
Soldering of Connectors with tighter packed leads
Rework and repair using auxiliary heating tools such as hot plate, oven and hot mat
Soldering of Wire adds
Operate the BGA Rework Station
Rework and repair including pad, barrel and trace repair

QUALIFICATIONS:

Electronics manufacturing experience
Experience with the use of the microscope is a must
Ability to read and understand assembly documentation
Good knowledge of SMT/TH or Mix Tech assemblies as per IPC A610 standards
