What are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic
Learning Coordinator to join our
Knowledge Management team in Toronto. Essential skillsets are the ability to communicate effectively, organize information strategically, and optimize workflows, standards and procedures.


Your purpose in this role is to coordinate and support our curriculum of professional development courses, as well as our knowledge management initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Knowledge Management, you'll manage our online learning management systems including submitting courses/classes, managing enrollment, drafting and distributing learner communications, and coordinating course/class evaluations.

You'll also actively support instructors and studio members when using internal resources, maintaining databases and records, registering students, and liaising with external instructors.

This is a hybrid role with four days required in the studio.


Some key responsibilities include:


  • Manage the administrative functions of all internal learning and development programs;
  • Meet with instructors and be accessible for troubleshooting and support, as well as course materials for distribution;
  • Maintain learning program databases, course and class feedback submission including attendance tracking, and provide summaries to internal and external stakeholders as required;
  • Manage enrollment, waitlists, cancellations, and collection of class evaluations;
  • Liaise with various stakeholders within the studio on all aspects of learning and development and knowledge management;
  • Contribute to process improvement through process review, identifying training opportunities and process mapping;
  • Support project postmortems and document lessonslearned for various project teams;
  • Facilitate the development and execution of new workflow processes, standards, and procedures;
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required, including supporting the broader Knowledge Management team; and,
  • Prepare, administer, analyze and report on surveys and evaluations for various programs.
  • You have:_
  • Postsecondary degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 12 years of experience in coordinating/supporting corporate training/adult education programs
  • A keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • You are:_
  • An intuitive thinker and experienced in identifying ways to improve efficiencies in processes and procedures.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Comfortable with VLOOKUP, pivot tables and pivot charts, etc.
  • Experience in LMS software is an asset.
