HR Generalist with a human resources and employee relations background to partner with our teams across Canada, the US, the UK, and India. You will be responsible for the full employee life cycle, championing HR initiatives and change management to build a culture that is inclusive and high performing. What You Will Do

  • Manage the full employee life cycle for your areas, including onboarding and performance management, ensuring consistency and accuracy of our processes and data
  • Actively coach and partner with stakeholders to provide HR and ER advice aligned to current employment law/regulations and desired business outcomes
  • Influence workforce planning (e.g., talent management), organization changes, and change management
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition and Payroll teams to ensure smooth employee experiences
  • Establish effective relationships at all levels across the organization
  • Support with HR analytics and interpretation to continue to improve our employee experience
  • Find opportunities to continuously optimize HR processes and drive improvements in employee experience and culture

What You Bring

  • 2 to 5 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in a related field
  • Employment law/ Employee relations knowledge
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Comfort and experience navigating ambiguity
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to adapt as the needs of the business evolve
  • Positive approach to learning, growing, and receiving feedback
  • Effective presentation skills and the ability to improvise and be agile

  • The starting salary for this position is $68,000 CAD. This reflects the starting base salary for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation of this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process._
