Connexus is growing and hiring an Electronics Manufacturing Technician to support our Laser Production Team. Reporting to the Production Manager Electronics.

Responsibilities Include:

Manufacturing of Connexus Laser Product Line including Kitting, Assembly, Soldering, Potting, Testing, Calibration and Pack operations
Adherence to regulatory requirements (ISO, CSA)
Completing documentation related to production
Quality Control functions such as Incoming Inspection, Inprocess Inspection, Ship Lot Audit
Troubleshooting and repair of inprocess and customer returns
Other duties as required

Skills and Requirements:

Experience working in an Electronics Manufacturing environment (12 years preferred)
Hand soldering skills and knowledge of IPC Electronics Standards (IPC certification an asset)
Testing, calibration and troubleshooting experience with Laser Products as an asset
Able to use a variety of hand tools
Knowledge of ESD, ISO, and CSA regulatory requirements preferred
Experience working in a LEAN/5S manufacturing environment preferred
Time management, organization, and attention to detail skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
A valid passport and ability to travel freely to the US (shortterm requirement)
