Job description

Seeking a skilled professional with expertise in TLM Recs Premium 2.x/3.x, specifically in Smart Studio, Web Connect /TLM View, and MI. Must have hands-on experience with TLM Recs Premium components and sub-components including Static, Match rules, passes, passlists, initiations, workflows, exception management, and dashboards/views.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the business to gather, assess, and document business requirements
Produce comprehensive Functional Requirement Specifications for TLM solutions
Review and enhance cash reconciliation processes through automation
Ensure timely availability of data to users
Work on deploying match rules and handle ISO 20022 related tasks
Assist in data clean-up and support decision-making through data analysis
Utilize BI tools to present insights to stakeholders
Document processes and rules following established protocols
Independently manage assigned tasks and handle ad-hoc production issues
Comfortable working with large datasets
Experience in agile projects considered an advantage

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of capital markets, operational processes, market practices, and regulatory requirements. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and a proactive approach are essential.
