kawawa Ramen is the place to be to enjoy your favorite Japanese ramen. Our signature ramen, "kawawa Ramen", is from Hokkaido where we fetch our fresh, local ingredients. We are dedicated to making authentic traditional Japanese broth for our clients. Our broth is simmered for more than twenty hours.

The secret recipe is using a certain portion of bonito, dashi, miso, kombu, and other classic Japanese ingredients to create our own unique flavor.

We guarantee that we only use the fresh ingredients to produce the real taste.

The Company provided authentic local Japanese food to customers:

• Provide full-flavored, thick ramen broth by giving vegan options to customers
• Providing a Japanese style atmosphere for the customers
• Served alcohol to customers (including some Japanese style cocktails)
• Guarantee using the fresh ingredients to serve the clients
• Deliver the safe products to customers without losing the taste

Job Requirement:

• Hands on experienced in the food & beverage service industry
• Hands on experience for being waitress/waiter required
• Direct experience at local restaurants will be preferred
• At least High School Diploma required
• Can work under stress, especially in a fastpaced environment
• Flexible Schedule, may require nightshift
• Passionate and energetic individuals in this industry
• Fluent communication in English
• Bilingual is considered an asset

Job Duties:
- coordinate staffs, assign waitress/waiter for serving different tables
- solving customer issues
- reporting to the store manager, and ensuring a high quality the dining experience

• Control table settings in order to ensure a correct table setup, including cutlery and glassware
• Welcome guests in a friendly manner in a certain place by using Japanese (training will be provided, also, needs to provide training to new employees)
• Oversee all personnel and processes to comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Communicate and support the alignment of these requirements with the company's health and safety programmes.
• Maintain and improve employees' performance by coaching individuals or groups how to optimise specific methods, skills or abilities, using adapted coaching styles and methods.
• Hold daily waitress/waiter gathering, remind everyone of tasks and important notices
• Count and collect all the cash and receipts and provide to manager
• Keep all receipts organized and calculate daily cash in, cash out after opening and closing hours
• Record daily transaction for the managers
• Prepare bills as per customers' payment preference and accept payment, ask customers feedback for the food and services
• Assist Owner to schedule shift timetable every week
• Promote/ recommend new dishes to the customers
• Check with kitchen with inventories every couple day after closing hours, report numbers to owner and help in ordering supplies
• Report performance of waiter/waitress to owner
