The Restaurant Support person is a key member of the Front of House Team.

They are a direct support to the Servers and Chefs and assist by running food, clearing tables and assisting with a variety of other tasks to ensure luxury guest experience.

This role is ideal for an individual that is eager to learn and committed to playing a part in our guest's positive hospitality experience.

Key Accountabilities:

Take direction from the dining room and kitchen teams and aid them in setting up any food displays, the bread station, the kitchen pass and other areas.
Prepare dining room for service by setting tables, condiments, candles, napkins, side plates, glassware, and utensils.
Understand the composition of each menu item as well as the ingredients and allergens present in each dish.
Assist servers with table maintenance by removing courses when completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses, resetting tables as required.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency while remaining poised during peak periods and seek out additional tasks during slower periods, such as polishing cutlery or glassware, assembling items necessary for reset, etc.
Communicate and be an example of Elora Mill's core values by demonstrating genuine and thoughtful hospitality in the daytoday execution of duties.
Embody a great service culture and create a high level of service standards and excellence.
