Nolinor Aviation is currently looking for a Technical Records Technician for the maintenance department.

responsibilities:


  • Perform system updates related to daily flight, inspections and components changes.
  • Liaise and respond to queries from other bases, departments and shop personnel as required.
  • Assist with the organization of aircraft technical reports.
  • Conduct daily audits of Technical Logs, work orders, work packages, and related data for accuracy and followup on errors or omissions.
  • File and archive all documents relating to aircraft/engines.
  • Monitor and maintain a sufficient stock of required maintenance forms, control sheets, etc.;

Required skills:


  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Technical Records Technician, an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills as well as a keen interest and ability to work with data.
  • Proficiency with PC (Word, Excel, MS Outlook), a must.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) written and spoken, a must.
  • Experience in the aviation industry, an asset.
  • Knowledge of RAAS computerized system or any other records data software, an asset.
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and inspection, an asset.
  • Ability to shift focus given changing priorities and time constraints.
  • Good organizational skills with a strong awareness for precision.
  • Possess investigative nature and be selfmotivated.
