Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Mettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Telesales Specialist for its industrial division in Mississauga, who will report to the Telesales Manager.

As a Telesales Specialist you will be responsible for generating and closing new sales lead, offering technical advice and solutions to enquiring customers, managing the sales needs of small to medium accounts, including marketing and selling products and services to these customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Executing outbound Telesales campaigns, managing assigned leads and opportunities and employing professional selling skills in their sales pursuit
Managing customer relationships while recording data generated from these efforts in the customer relations management system (CRM)
Actively creating new sales leads and entering both internal and external leads
Promoting/quoting products, services, and solutions to small and medium accounts
Qualifying Sales leads by assessing need, budget, and buying authority

What You Need to Succeed:

A Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required
Any combination of customer service, sales or call center related experience is preferred
Bilingual in French and English is a must
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
