Position:

Located in our Toronto office, as the Human Resource Intern, responsible mainly for the day-to-day support of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team while other projects across the HR space.

Responsibilities:

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while managing tight deadlines
Coordinate and support team events, workshops and training sessions
Keep track of analytics data from events, communications channels, employee engagement and learning programs
Create and update DE&I internal website with new content
Support with social media content plan for DE&I across IGM Financial

Requirements:

Registered students returning to school in 202
Exceptional communication skills with the confidence and passion to share knowledge
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal, judgment & decisionmaking skills
Ability to selfmotivate and prioritize timesensitive deadlines
Relevant experience in detailed administrative work
Expertise in Microsoft Office
